It seems that scandals are never far from actress Vivica A. Fox. After her DUI production in December 2007, the former participant in “Dancing With the Star - Season 3” is hit again with another scandal. This time, it was reported that a controversial sex tape involving her is more likely to hit the Internet.

Allegedly, in the tape, the 43-year-old actress can be seen dropped to her knees to serve a male friend and the act was recorded by the male friend using his cell phone. The man then supposedly emailed the recorded tape to friends who emailed to Fox.

On receiving the email, Fox then forwarded the tape to her friend at the Atlanta police department. It wasn’t clear what is her motive behind, whether filing a complaint or asking the police friend to handle it privately.

Prior to the sex tape scandal, Fox was facing a DUI drama following her arrested on March 20, 2007. She got into more problems as she failed to come to the hearing upsetting a judge who issued an arrest warrant for her. She eventually walked off from without being sentence to jail after pleading no contest for the charges.
