Queen Elizabeth

No one invariably smart ever said video games were for young people only and rumor has it that the Queen of England has become captivated by the Nintendo Wii like many other adults around the world. Reports from inside the royal palace affirm that Prince William received a Wii for Christmas, but it’s his 81-year-old grandmother who has been playing it the most.

It may sound surprising that an 81-year-old Queen would be involved in modern technology, but apparently she has a fully loaded Blackberry, has an email account and has an iPod with over 100,000 songs on it. I’d sure love to see what kind of music she has on there. She sounds like a cool grandmother to me and the first Queen to become a video game addict that I have ever heard of.
