Last March, eight-year-old Lily-Rose spent nine days in London’s Great Ormond Street Hospital apparently suffering from kidney failure. On Monday, Johnny Depp dropped in with an almost $2 million (£1 million) donation for the pediatric medical center. Other sources report that his bosses at Disney pledged an additional $20 million (£10 million) to the hospital renovation fund.

Also, doctors and nurses got invites to last week’s Sweeney Todd premiere in London.

Lily-Rose has since recuperated. :)
