Next Day Air is a movie classified under comedy genre. Director Benny Boom’s efforts are satisfactory as we can see in the comically unfolding plot. Plot revolves around Guch played by Wood Harris and Brody played by Mike Epps. They are bumbling small time criminals who are elated when they accidentally receive a packet of grade A cocaine.

Lives of ten people change drastically over a series of comical events that unfold as these criminals try to encase their booty. The all star cast of Mos Def, Debbie Allen and Donald Faison add to the fun and excitement as an the ‘Next Day Air’ takes us through an uproariously comical action.

The movie begins when Donald Faison accidentally delivers a package containing ten kilos of cocaine to Guch and Brody. The package was actually meant for their neighbor. Guch and Brody meet Brody’s cousin Omari Harwick, who is a drug dealer. His bodyguard Darius McCrary accompanies him.

Jesus played by Cisco Reyes is the man who is aspiring to become a gangster. He and his girlfriend Yasmin Deliz are supposed to have actually received the package. As they realize it has been misdelivered, they embark in its search adding to the comedy. As the drug kingpin Bodega Diablo joins the hunt too events turn uproarious.

Even as Buch and Brody prepare themselves to seal the deal that will transform their lives with Bodega who is determined to get back his shipment at any cost, chaos begins. Humour in this movie will be appreciated better by a mature audience, who are sure to be in splits once they get into the spirit of the movie. While the production values of the movie is average the comic element and plot is definitely above average.
