   Don’t get me wrong, I like the song ‘Womanizer’ and ‘Circus’ but she is totally KILLING Chaka Khan’s ‘I Feel For You’ at 4:29

   Honestly I think a little bit of aging would change it. The only thing with aging though is that it would make it seem deeper not really different. Maybe her vocal chords are strained a lot harder now since she sings so much and she is a smoker after all, you have to take that into consideration as well.

   It is hard to be convinced by a video full of grammatical errors and spelling mistakes. Just my honest opinion.

   She was never that good in terms of vocals, even when she was younger she was better than average but still mediocre. She’s an amazing entertainer, and that’s the reason why she had so much success. Plus she’s beautiful, and that’s also why she got to where she is. She didn’t get to fame on her voice alone. Very few musicians ever do, there’s other reasons why they achieve fame.

   i feel bad beacase when she was a little girl she had a voice of an angel now she lip syncs witch makes me feel bad for her you saw when she talkt to that therapsit or dr she would not sing and did you see at here baby one more time concert she did not sing like the one on itunes i still like britney

    The reason for this change is simply chemical, laryngopathia gravidarum, look it up. I makes the vocal cords heavier which then produces a breathier sound. That sounds exactly like what happend to her….and since she is still a star, the record companies are working with what they have. She just simply can’t do it anymore.

    i think, the real reason is that the later 90’s pop style required people with less vocal talent than she, and forcing the voice to sound in determinated un-natural way, ends to loosing it, for exaple the first christina’s album doesn’t shows the powerfull signature voice we hear now. blame the fucking records selling industry!!!!!

    As a fellow singer i would say her voice has naturally changed over time and unfortunately for the worst and also she probably didn’t get the right vocal tuition due to her busy schedules and the record company just worked on her image and dancing rather than her singing. She will always be great though. Shame that big voice disappeared though.

    i think is because of puberty. she sang many of her songs when she was very young, and we all know that once you hit puberty your voice (male or female) changes. britney since she sang much of her songs when she was a teenager changed her vocals due to her new mature voice. at performances she lipsync’s because she dances and anyone, even with an outstanding voice, will be panting at the end of a performance like britneys. so to not jeapordize her performance or greatness she lipsyncs.

    Britney lost her voice because her record company focused more on her sexy appearance, rather than cultivating her voice. She should of had intensive vocal training as soon as she signed her record contract. Instead, she got a tube top and dance lessons.

    anybody with any vocal experience knows that if you don’t know how to conduct your voice properly, you lose it. her instructors never taught her to use her diaphragm instead of her throat when she was belting, so it destroyed her vocal chords.

    guys, drugs? honestly? like no other singer in the world has never done drugs before!

    and even then she couldnt hold a flame to some of those girls like andrea mcardle. the truth is forcing a voice that young to belt like that with forced vibratto is what damaged her voice in the first place. but still much love to Brit for being a great performer.

    i lvoe the people who act like she has or ever had a good voice.i think she s a great performer but to say that she had when younger one of the most beautiful voices is just silly. even at star search she was so so. she sounds like all those kids who try to sound like an adult with forced vibratto, like all the girls who have played annie professionaly.

    The truth is jive commercialized Britney’s voice. If you get into Britney’s performances as a child and even when she just came out in the music business you can easily see she could/can sing. But what made Britney the album selling queen of this decade, is her sexy voice.
