if you’re only doing this excersise and running, try varying your excersises. Your body can get into a routine and lose the benefit of the workout, try a leg workout next few times, and riding the bike, or something along those lines, it could help alot.
Maintain healthy portions of the food groups- don’t starve yourself, its unhealthy & you will hinder your efforts! Eat very small portions spread out over each day. Getting your metabolism moving as early as possible each morning has been key for me. The more muscle tone you can attain (bodyweight lifts can really help- free standing squats and lunges are two examples), the higher your resting metabolism. This allows you to continue fat burning while inactive, which has helped me the most.
ive been doing this exersise and running on a treadmill, it did work (48 pounds lost:) but i still wanna lose 20, can someone please tell me how to lose 20 pounds fast? cuz i cant seem to do it

do LOTS of exercise and be a 90% vegetarian(NO FAT INTAKE WHATSOEVER).. to paraphrase..do cardio-vascular exercises(jogging) and eat healthy to lose weight……… a fun fact!!! —> getting 6 pack abs rely on ur diet 90% and 10$ on abdominal workouts :D!!!
