About two weeks ago, we reported that a “photographer” named Eric Ford tried to sell some sexually explicit photographs of a naked Kim Kardashian and her sister Kourtney, only to find himself the focus of a new criminal investigation. Why?

Currently, the Kardashians are 27 and 28 (Kim is younger), but these photos were taken 11 years ago when the sisters were 16 and 17. And they’re naked, and there’s a naked man with them.

Now, the FBI has seized the photos and some computer equipment from Ford, reports the New York Daily News. Ford was not arrested, but his property was taken for further investigation. There are rumbles from a few “sources” that calim Ford did not take the photos, and that the real criminal is still unknown.
